At approximately 3AM PST, monitors alarmed in our Los Angeles, CA2 location (Psychz DC). We are currently awaiting resolution to an upstream routing issue. All of our devices are tested and healthy, yet there are problems with routing to all of our prefixes in this location. We are working with Psychz to ensure this is resolve ASAP

The Los Angeles 02 service has now been restored to normal. At 4:35 on April 6, 2025, Coordinated Universal Time plus 8 hours (UTC+8), the controlled system was successfully restored and the virtual server was restarted. Please check your data in a timely manner.
Previously, after the controlled update of the Rubik's Cube in Los Angeles 02, an irreversible startup error occurred, which led to networking problems and the inability to monitor resources. After investigation, the root cause of the problem was the upstream disconnection. During the handling process, the main control had a problem at 15:00 UTC+8, but the main control was repaired at 15:23 UTC+8. In addition, it is planned to back up the data of Machine 2 at 15:30 UTC+8. During this period, it may cause a brief impact on some services. Please understand.
